1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Muslim SuperApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is developed and operated by Lumio Studio. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Muslim SuperApp is an Islamic lifestyle companion app. The service includes:

• Prayer times with location-based calculation (12 methods supported)
• Qibla compass direction
• Daily Quran ayah, hadith, and scholar quotes
• Halal food additive checker (296+ additives, OCR scanning)
• Ezkar (morning, evening, and situational supplications)
• Zikir counter with customizable targets
• Habit tracking for daily Islamic practices
• Hijri calendar
• Prayer notifications and reminders

3. Religious Content Disclaimer

All religious content in Muslim SuperApp — including Quranic verses, hadiths, supplications, and scholar quotes — is sourced from established and widely accepted Islamic references. However, this app is not a substitute for consulting qualified Islamic scholars on matters of religious ruling or personal religious guidance.

Prayer times are calculated using mathematical astronomical models based on your location and selected calculation method. Calculated times may differ slightly from those announced by your local mosque. We recommend confirming with your local mosque, particularly for Fajr and Maghrib.

4. Food Additive Checker Disclaimer

The halal food additive checker is based on commonly available data about food additives and their sources. Additives are categorized as halal, haram, or mashbooh (doubtful) based on general scholarly consensus. This feature is provided as a reference tool only and should not be treated as the sole basis for halal certification decisions.

Always verify products with recognized halal certification authorities. Additive compositions and sources may change, and our database may not reflect the most recent formulations.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

5.1 Subscription Options

Muslim SuperApp offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment information.

5.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google — Lumio Studio does not process refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Redistribute or resell the App's content without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The App's design, interface, code, and original content are owned by Lumio Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Quranic text, hadith, and other classical Islamic content are part of the Islamic scholarly heritage and are not claimed as proprietary by Lumio Studio.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUMIO STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: INACCURATE PRAYER TIMES OR QIBLA DIRECTION, INCORRECT FOOD ADDITIVE CLASSIFICATIONS, DATA LOSS DUE TO DEVICE FAILURE, OR ANY OTHER USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
